Join the Bismarck High School Demonettes for a fun-filled afternoon of dance!

Learn drill team techniques, perform a routine, and enjoy performances by the Demonettes!

Mini Dance Camp
Ages: Kindergarten - 6th grade girls and boys
Date: Saturday, October 17th, 2009
Time: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (Parent Show at 3:15 PM!)
Location: Bismarck High School, Karlgaard Gym
Attire: Wear COMFY clothes and gym shoes or dance shoes; no bare or stocking feet!
Fee: $35 (includes T-shirt and snack )

- How to stretch correctly
- Proper kick, turn, & jump techniques
- How to get into the splits
- Choreography and skills
- Work on a dance routine!

Ages: 7^th-12^th grade girls
Date: Sunday, October 18th, 2009
Time: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Location: Bismarck High School, Karlgaard Gym
Attire: Wear COMFY clothes and gym shoes or dance shoes; no bare or stocking feet!
Fee: $35/Person (Individually) $25/Person (With Team)
